Naikoon Contracting Ltd. announced their new global headquarters location in Vancouver, BC late 2018 with a grand opening in Spring 2019. The new office is centered around a set of stunning cross-laminated timber (CLT) stairs which utilize a profound gluing technology developed by Timber Structures 3.0 (TS3). This marked the first time TS3 has been used in North America.

Haus Gables in Atlanta, GA USA
Haus Gables, a new ground-up residential project designed and developed by architectural designer Jennifer Bonner, director of MALL, has recently completed construction in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. The 2,200-square-foot home is one of only two residences in the country made of cross-laminated timber (CLT), a durable wood material produced by gluing together layers of lumber that alternate in direction.
