            2010 ADM now available in RFEM!

Exciting news! The RF-ALUMINUM ADM add-on module for aluminum design according to the 2010 ADM is now available for RFEM.

The RF-ALUMINUM ADM add-on module performs the ultimate and the serviceability limit state designs of members and sets of members according to the US standard 2010 ADM including the analysis methods according to:

  • Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD)
  • Allowable Stress Design (ASD).

The complete section database from the 2010 ADM is integrated directly in RFEM with our latest update.  If you are currently running an older version of RFEM and have a valid service contract, please download the latest version by logging in to your account on our homepage.

If you are looking to add RF-ALUMINUM ADM to your exisiting RFEM license, would like to update your outdated RFEM license, or have any other requests, please contact us today.

18-Story Mass Timber Hybrid Student Residence Vancouver, BC, Canada

Brock Commons is an 18‑story mass timber hybrid student residence currently under construction at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

When completed in summer 2017, it will be the tallest mass timber hybrid building in the world at 53 meters high.

The structural analysis was performed in RFEM by Fast + Epp located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
