Dlubal Structural Analysis Software - Powerful, Intuitive and Easy

Hello,

Most structural software can design a simple steel structure. However, how often do engineers find themselves outside this box when it comes to steel design?
Curved, tapered, or oddly connected steel members are all-too-common in today's civil engineering realm. This is where RFEM can step in.

Recently we held a webinar showcasing the powerful FEA capabilies in our software to go beyond a linear elastic analysis with a non-linear plastic analysis and stress design for steel. We showed users how to determine local buckling modes then scale these modes to represent local imperfections required by the AISC standards. All of this was done using our FEA program RFEM and the applicable add-on modules.

Take a look at the recorded webinar on our YouTube channel available here.

We continually look forward to assisting engineers with their advanced analysis needs that lie outside the "simple" box.

Best Regards,

Upcoming Webinar: Seamless Structural Analysis Utilizing RFEM and Revit

May 25, 2016  2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST

Content:

  • Exchange of data from Revit to RFEM via the direct interface link between programs
  • Finite element analysis and design of a steel and concrete structure in RFEM according to US Standards
  • Optimization and modifications in RFEM are integrated back into Revit to allow for an efficient update of the original BIM model
